Terms and Conditions:

Before emailing photos to us, carefully read the following terms and conditions of use.

-the winner of the contest will be solely up to the discretion of Beachfront Only.

-If you are the winner and cannot make the dates specified above, we will send you a $100 Starbucks giftcard in place of the free weekend getaway.

-The contest will end on September 30, 2008. We will announce the first and last name of the winner on October 3rd.

Public Viewing & Granting of Limited Rights

-Once you submit your photo, please be patient, as it may take up to 2 days before it is posted online to be viewed. We reserve the right to refuse the publishing of any photos sent.

-Be aware that, if approved for publication, your photo will be displayed to the public.

-By sending us your photos, you are allowing Beachfront Only to publish the photo(s) on our Website, blog, and any other photo account. Your photo may be used for advertising purposes as well.

-Once posted, the image will be open to public comment and critique.

Copyright

-Copyright of the image remains the property of the photographer. A photo credit will be provided under your image, unless photographer wishes to remain anonymous.
