We have beachfront properties that sit directly on the edge of the Pacific Ocean and will provide you with the wedding of your dreams.

There is something very unique in what we offer. Our properties can hold the ceremony and the reception, as well as provide accommodation for wedding parties and out-of-town guests.

Whether you want a grand rooftop wedding overlooking the ocean, or an intimate barefoot wedding directly on the sand, we have the perfect setting for your special day!

Grand Beachfront Rooftop Wedding

Have a grand celebration on a stunning rooftop deck overlooking the Pacific Ocean. This 4-unit luxury complex is perfect for accommodating family and guests. There are four gourmet kitchens, elevator access to the rooftop, and underground parking.

$9750, 200 person event maximum, sleeps 60

The Splendid Oceanfront Wedding

This brand new, oceanfront villa sits directly on the sand with a rooftop deck and easy beach access. There are two kitchens, nine bedrooms, a four car garage, and several amenities, making this a perfect all-in-one solution to your wedding needs.

$5000, 75 person event maximum, sleeps 26

The Dream Shoreline Wedding

Have your ceremony in the sand and celebrate later with the reception on the rooftop. This gorgeous property is a three-story home, sitting directly on the sand with a balcony, patio, and rooftop deck. Open floor plan, great for caterers and entertaining.

$4500, 100 person event maximum, sleeps 16

The Idyllic Seashore Wedding

The large private patio and beach with a natural isle leading toward the ocean make this a perfect wedding location. This two unit condo is great for accommodating guests. There are two full kitchens with open floor plans and two large balconies.

$3750, 80 person event maximum, sleeps 20

The Intimate Seaside Wedding

Have an intimate, barefoot wedding in the sand with family and friends. This single family home sits directly on the ocean with its own private beach. There is a large room at sand level that opens up onto the private patio, which flows right to the beach.

$3500, 50 person event maximum, sleeps 16

-All packages are from 4pm Friday to 10am Monday, and additional following nights may be added upon availability
-Rate quoted includes the rental fee, turnover fee, and event fee. Excludes an 11% tax.
-There is a $5,000 refundable damage deposit due 90 days prior to check in.
-Packages are for our low season only (please inquire for exact dates). Sorry, we do not allow summer weddings.
-Please note that while we will gladly recommend vendors to you, our only responsibility is to provide the premises.
